people with loud voices

calling me, being loud and disputing their late charges they've incurred because a) they're too thick to make it through our phone system which is so freaking easy; b) they call in every month to dispute late charges; and c) they want their way.

i tell them, "you know, you just started this call yelling at me, it doesn't make me want to help you. "

what i would like to tell them, "it's a simple phone system, why don't you listen closely."

they hurt my feelings. sheesh.

it's as if people cannot imagine that folks doing customer service/retail/whatever can't be intelligent people who just like their jobs... everyone just assumes that i'm a drop out or somethign because i do phone work.

bleh. idiots.
