so i had a meeting with my boss about my performance. he told me that he wanted to know what my goals are.
I guess it's not really a good thing when you're tempted to say, "to get paid for doing no work"
and he being the excellent manager that he is (at least his style works really really well for ME... some people don't really like his style that much...) encouraged me to make some weekly, daily goals so that I can keep myself up to speed.
what it boils down to is taking 50 calls a day. which is actually going to be not that difficult i think.
so i feel more hopeful about my job.
which is a really nice thing.
